The staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and polite. The homemade shampoo and conditioner were a nice touch. The location was convenient for exploring Chiang Mai. The spa massage was heavenly.
Nothing that I didn't like.

We decided to take a trip back to Chiang Mai for relaxing travel. The hotel was beautiful and very peaceful. Comfortable beds, they actually have soft padding on them. The breakfast and dinner food was great. We found the staff to be very helpful and unobtrusive. Thank you very much. rewat family

Even the Chiang Mai airport was not so far. Amazing base for a trip in Chiang Mai! Honestly no complaints. Little Kitchen, which is placed only 700 feet away, is a nice dining choice.

We found this hotel to be absolutely delightful. From the moment we stepped into the room to the relaxing evening in the private pool surrounded by trees, this place really is a “forest in the city”. The European breakfast was delicious, with homemade bread and many different jams to choose from. They also have a lovely little bar in the reception area with computers. The staff was very friendly and we very much enjoyed our stay at this peaceful place.

It's like a beach resort, but in the city, full of plants, green, like a jungle in the city, with two swimming pools, gym, and free internet wifi. Very relaxing and staff very courteous. Breakfast good.

After backpacking for a while, we wanted a break and booked a stay at Shewe Wana Boutique Hotel for some luxury and a swimming pool. The staff here are incredibly helpful and lovely. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that we had breakfast included, even after we had checked out. They even let us have anything off the menu for free. The pool was clean and the rooms were beautiful. The overall experience was fantastic, thanks to the friendly staff and the wonderful breakfast.
Would recommend this hotel.

Good location close to river and 10 minutes walk from night bazaar. Nice suites but a little gloomy with poor lighting.
The hotel seems not to trust their guests! On check-in we were asked to pay in full (even though a credit card guarantee had been provided with the booking). On check out we were asked to wait "while we check the room" ... I said "don't worry, we have not stolen anything", and left! Not what is expected of a hotel in this price category, more the behaviour and mentality of a youth hostel!

The staff were helpful and kind and I felt very much at home in a professional but relaxed and friendly atmophere. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and although basic design, some warm and welcoming touches to the decor. It was a bit like staying at a friends 'Queenslander' with a fresh tropical garden outside your window. I would like to stay there again if I revisit Chiang Mai. 5 to 10 minute walk to the Old City and Night Bazaar and great location for Songkran!

The vibe was so chill, surrounded by all these lush plants and flowers. It was like stepping into a jungle paradise. We loved chilling by the pool, sippin' on tropical drinks, and soaking up the good vibes. And the staff? They were dope, always hooking us up with whatever we needed. Plus, the massage we got was on fleek. If you're looking for a chill spot to unwind and feel the good vibes, this place is it, fam!
The only thing we wished for was a bit more of a party scene at the hotel. Don't get us wrong, the relaxation vibes were lit, but as teenagers, we wanted to turn up and meet more peeps our age.

I was impressed with the free pick-up service from the airport, the delightful garden views at the restaurants, and the variety of customized menus available. The location was also convenient, within walking distance of the city's attractions.
Oh, and how could I forget to mention the sandalwood oil used for massage therapies? It was so unique and heavenly.

I found the deluxe double room to be dark and unwelcoming there is no private balcony.Floor of bare cement ancient tv, toilet has varnished cement walls and a thrown together look about it. Room was clean and good bed
